We are looking for an experienced marketer to join our Pakistan team. This role will be focused on delivering marketing campaigns in Pakistan. Reporting to the Head of MESA and dotted line reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will execute and manage our key demand generation campaigns, including acquisition programs and nurturing/lifecycle programs to find and convert qualified leads. Being a highly versatile marketer in both digital and content marketing, you will make sure of an excellent implementation of integrated marketing vehicles with a compelling storytelling that stands out. In this role, you will not only conceptualise and execute marketing programs but also make refinement with an analytic approach; testing best practices and measurement is in your DNA. Through an in-depth understanding of demand generation best practices, both lead and account-based, you consider yourself a demand-generation expert to programmatically scale SUNRATE’s marketing efforts and propel SUNRATE into the next stage of success in Pakistan.
What you’ll be spending your time on:
- Lead SUNRATE’s Marketing efforts in Pakistan with an attitude of thinking outside the box.
- Drive demand generation efforts within Pakistan through multiple online and offline programs to reach MQLs and OPPs targets with a growth marketing mindset always.
- Execute integrated marketing programs to build up brand awareness and drive consideration across digital marketing (website, search, programmatic), PR, social media and events etc. through paid, owned and earned channels.
- Collaborate with the regional commercial teams to maximise marketing results and make business-critical impacts.
- Continuously explore and unlock new growth marketing opportunities, such as marketing initiatives in new target verticals or new paid or organic channels that can be used to drive incremental growth.
- Lead localised product marketing initiatives.
For this role you also have:
- 4+ years of marketing experience in a dynamic role.
- Experience working with Google analytics, Marketing Automation tools and CRM tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Embody an entrepreneurial spirit and a hands-on, figure-it-out attitude.
- Being customer-obsessed and humble to learn, curious to learn, open-minded to learn.
- Being a communicator and storyteller: instinctively think about how to turn new market/product info into compelling messaging.
- Resilient with ambition to work in a multi-cultural and fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
