ABOUT THE ROLE

As a PR Executive, you will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining the public image of LAAM. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a knack for building and maintaining relationships with media and stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, influencers, and key industry players to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Write, edit, and distribute press releases, articles, and other PR materials that effectively communicate LAAM's messages and initiatives.
• Assist in organizing and managing PR events such as press conferences, interviews, and promotional events to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Support the PR team in managing and responding to media inquiries during crisis situations, ensuring the brand's reputation is maintained.
• Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing regular reports on PR activities and their impact on brand reputation.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment of PR strategies with overall marketing and branding efforts.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations, communications, or a related field.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in crafting compelling narratives.
• Experience in media relations and event management.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage crisis communication.
• Proactive and innovative, with a keen eye for detail.
