Are you an experienced Material Coordinator with a background in the construction industry and a proven track record of working with US-based clients? We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team and play a key role in managing and coordinating material procurement, inventory, and logistics during night shift hours (09:00 PM to 05:00 AM – Pakistan Time).

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the procurement, delivery, and storage of construction materials for ongoing projects.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and track material usage to ensure availability as per project schedules.
• Liaise with US-based clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth material supply and alignment with project needs.
• Monitor material costs and ensure budget compliance.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to material orders, deliveries, and usage.
• Resolve any material-related delays or discrepancies promptly and effectively.
• Ensure all materials meet quality and safety standards before deployment to project sites.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Material Coordinator or in a similar logistics/supply chain role within the construction industry.
• Demonstrated experience working with US-based clients (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, supply chain processes, and inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software/tools for inventory and project tracking.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities during night shift hours (Pacific, Eastern, Mountain or Central) subject to client availability.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
