- Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive media plans to promote our projects effectively.
- Content Development: Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including videos, advertisements, and social media posts.
- Brand Building: Strengthen our brand identity across digital and traditional media platforms.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the media and marketing team to achieve strategic goals.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns to ensure ROI and engagement.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging media opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in media management (5+ years preferred), especially in real estate or related industries.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and traditional media channels.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in media tools, analytics, and campaign management platforms.
