- Delivering AOP target of IB SC MOH/kg of FG (3rd party cold storage + Oil terminal)
- Effective materials handling to achieve less than 1%materials write-off as well as less than 3% of plant downtime due to materials unavailability.
- End to End Inventory reconciliation and strong grip of inventory movements. Cycle counts,
- Responsible for handling of annual $30MM worth of stock with the instantaneous stock of required value of at any given time to achieve close to zero wastage for the company.
- Daily Stock Counts & Inventory Reconciliation.
- Monthly Stock counts & Inventory adjustments.
- 100% accuracy in RPM & Coman Monthly cycle counts without any variance.
- Monitor Expired & Near to expired stock share reports on a weekly basis.
- 100% GRIR cleansing for RPM so that all payments to Vendors are done well on time as per their payment terms.
- Monthly inventory reserves & Accurals.
- Meeting 100% compliance with SOX/COSO in RPM.
- Maintain good housekeeping and product safety in order to ensure compliance against AIBI, IPS, FSSC 22000 and CRP standards.
- Monitor Inventory movements/GR/Stock Movements within plant and Inter Plant.
- Key Controls Testing Compliance as per KC testing cycle.
