We're Hiring: Mid-Level Scrum Master

ElasticFlow is seeking a versatile Mid-Level Scrum Master to join our dynamic team in a multifaceted role that goes beyond traditional scrum mastery!

What Makes This Role Unique:

Multi-disciplinary Impact: Combine scrum mastery with project management, business analysis & client relationship management

Client-Facing Leadership: Serve as primary liaison between development teams and clients

Strategic Influence: Drive process improvements and contribute to organizational growth

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across sales, marketing, finance, and senior management

What You'll Do:

Facilitate agile ceremonies and coach high-performing development teams

Manage full project lifecycle from planning through delivery

Conduct business analysis and requirements management

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Lead cross-functional initiatives and drive continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

3-5 years of Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager experience

Professional certifications (CSM, PSM, PMP preferred)

Strong business analysis and client-facing experience

Technical understanding of software development processes

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
