Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CMDB and Discovery configurations
• Align implementations with CSDM standards and best practices
• Assist in service mapping initiatives and CI class modeling
• Collaborate in agile ceremonies and work closely with global teams
• Interface directly with clients during sprints and demo sessions
  
  

Requirements

• 3–5 years ServiceNow experience (CMDB/ITOM modules)
• Exposure to consulting or client delivery environments
• Proficient in scripting (JavaScript), ServiceNow Workflows, and integrations
• Strong understanding of CSDM, Discovery patterns, and data model alignment
• Familiarity with agile delivery tools and processes
