KalSoft is looking for a talented and results-driven Machine Learning Engineer with at least 4 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be adept at designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models to solve real-world business challenges. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and domain experts to build intelligent solutions that drive impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms for classification, regression, clustering, NLP, or computer vision
- Build scalable data pipelines and deploy models into production environments using MLOps best practices
- Analyze large datasets, perform feature engineering, and select appropriate ML techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, product owners, and data engineers
- Optimize model performance and conduct A/B testing to evaluate effectiveness
- Stay updated with state-of-the-art research and integrate relevant innovations into ongoing projects
- Document processes, models, and experiments for internal knowledge sharing and compliance
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in machine learning and data science projects
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, etc
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for ML model deployment
- Familiarity with SQL, NoSQL, and data wrangling tools
- Understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control (Git), CI/CD, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with NLP, deep learning, or computer vision applications
- Exposure to MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or Airflow
- Knowledge of big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus
