Clustox is seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level Mobile Developer with expertise in Flutter and native mobile app development to join our growing team in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Mobile Developer, you will be responsible for building robust, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality mobile solutions that meet client needs.

- Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter (Dart).
- Build and support native Android (Java/Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift) applications where project requirements demand.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to deliver smooth, performant, and scalable mobile solutions.
- Integrate third-party SDKs, APIs, and services such as Firebase, RESTful APIs, and local databases.
- Apply architectural patterns and best practices (e.g., MVVM, BLoC) to write clean, maintainable code.
- Optimize application performance for speed, responsiveness, and low resource consumption.
- Ensure proper deployment and submission of apps to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team discussions to drive project quality and collaboration.
- Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and continuously improve application stability and user experience.
- Maintain documentation for code, processes, and project workflows.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Flutter development.
- Solid experience with native Android
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, local data storage, state management (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc).
- Familiarity with deployment processes for Android and iOS.
- Experience with tools like Git, Firebase, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Good understanding of mobile app performance optimization and debugging tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills, team collaboration, and a proactive attitude.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
