Education: Master’s in Social Sciences/Statistics/Economics/Public Policy or any other related discipline

Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL), including managing field data collection, conducting quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and expertise in online data monitoring systems, MEL frameworks, and reporting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitoring & Evaluation Framework
  • Develop and implement M&E tools, log frames, and indicator tracking systems aligned with project goals.
  • Support the development of a Theory of Change and Results Framework.
  • Data Collection & Analysis
  • Design and conduct baseline, midline, and endline assessments.
  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data using surveys, FGDs, KIIs, and other tools.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Produce monthly, quarterly, and final M&E reports highlighting key results, challenges, and learnings.
  • Contribute to donor reports and case studies showcasing project impact.
  • Maintain a comprehensive M&E database and project documentation.
  • Capacity Building & Training
  • Train project staff, youth volunteers, and field officers on data collection tools and protocols.
  • Support teams in using M&E data for reflection, learning, and course correction.
  • Learning & Accountability
  • Facilitate learning sessions to share project results and inform future programming.
  • Establish feedback mechanisms for communities and stakeholders.
  • Promote participatory approaches in monitoring and evaluation.
  • Identify and develop best practices and lessons learned for the programme interventions on different thematic areas
  • Compliance & Ethics
  • Ensure data confidentiality, ethical standards, and safeguarding principles are upheld throughout all M&E activities.
  • Liaise with and provide relevant M&E information to communications team related to project outcomes for project marketing and outreach purposes.
  • Work in close coordination with the HOD including Senior Management to ensure milestone monitoring and reporting to British Council.

Key Skills And Competencies

  • Prior experience working with Fòs Feminista or similar feminist or SRHR organizations.
  • Experience with menstrual health projects or community-based interventions.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Gender-sensitive and inclusive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Urdu.
  • The MEL officer should be a target oriented, deadline focused, consistent in follow up with highly proactive team working attitude.
