We are looking for a designer who can create both animations and static posts for multiple clients!

Experience: 2-3 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality animated videos to communicate ideas and concepts effectively for diverse client projects.
• Design static posts for social media platforms, websites, and apps, ensuring alignment with client branding and objectives.
• Develop motion graphics for social media platforms, websites, and apps to elevate visual storytelling.
• Edit and enhance video content with motion graphics, ensuring seamless narratives and project goal alignment.
• Design logos and brand identities, contributing to a cohesive visual representation of client brands.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to optimize animation workflows, enhance visual effects, and improve efficiency in producing high-quality motion graphics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand brand visions and marketing objectives, delivering visuals that resonate with target audiences.
• Stay informed on the latest design trends, animation techniques, and best practices for social media platforms to deliver innovative content.
• Manage multiple design and animation projects simultaneously for various clients, adhering to deadlines and maintaining top-tier quality standards.
• Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients to refine and enhance designs, animations, and edits.
• Maintain accurate task tracking within the task management system to ensure efficient project monitoring and reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Certifications in graphic design, motion graphics, or related areas are a plus.
• Available after working hours for minor adjustments or occasional meetings.
• Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a similar role, preferably within an agency setup, working with multiple clients.
• Hands-on experience collaborating with international clients, understanding their unique needs, and delivering high-quality projects.
• Proficiency in animation and video editing tools, such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other industry-standard design software.
• Familiarity with AI tools used in motion graphics, video editing, and design, enhancing creativity and streamlining workflows.
• Strong understanding of design principles, storytelling, and branding, with a focus on creating impactful visual content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to shifting client requirements and priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively within a team and with clients.
