Role and Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality video content for social media, ads, and websites, emphasizing engaging storytelling.
• Create visually compelling motion graphics, animations, and effects to enhance video content.
• Collaborate with designers and content strategists to ensure video consistency with brand identity and messaging.
• Manage multiple projects, from short-form social media content to longer promotional videos, delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve our video output.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in video editing and motion graphics, with a solid portfolio demonstrating expertise in both.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other video editing and motion graphics software. Experience with 3D software (Cinema 4D or similar) is a plus.
• Creativity and Attention to Detail: Strong creative vision, storytelling ability, and a keen eye for detail.
• Collaboration: Proven experience working in a team environment, open to feedback, and capable of translating creative direction into final edits.
• Time Management: Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work efficiently under deadlines without compromising quality.

Who is Not a Good Fit

• Limited Motion Graphics Experience: Candidates who lack hands-on experience with advanced motion graphics or are only familiar with basic editing may struggle in this role.
• Solo Workers: If you prefer working alone and are uncomfortable with receiving feedback, collaborating, and adapting to team feedback, this may not be the right position.
• Lacking Technical Skills: If you are not highly proficient with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant tools or aren’t inclined to keep up with evolving video trends, this role will be challenging.
• Low Creative Flexibility: If you aren’t comfortable adapting styles, creating various types of content, or pushing creative boundaries, this role may not be suitable.
