Job Purpose:
The hiring of an MTO Accounts Payable is essential to support the finance department in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance. This role will assist in managing accounts payable (AP), reconciliations, and financial documentation to ensure smooth financial operations.

The hiring of an MTO Accounts Payable is essential to support the finance department in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance. This role will assist in managing accounts payable (AP), reconciliations, and financial documentation to ensure smooth financial operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Invoice Processing & Payments
- Receive, review, and verify invoices for accuracy, proper approvals, and compliance with company policies.
- Process payments (P2P) to local and international suppliers, ensuring timely disbursement.
- Match invoices (3-way matching) with purchase orders and delivery notes, identifying discrepancies and resolving them.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions in the accounting system.
- Maintain strong relationships with automobile suppliers, logistics partners, and service providers.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Communicate with vendors to address payment inquiries and disputes.
- An Account Payable Executive plays a vital role in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, accounting, and organizational skills to support financial operations efficiently.
