Location: DHA Phase 5, Lahore (On-site)
Working Hours:
- Summer: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
- Winter: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
About the Role
We are looking for a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) Business Development to join our team. This role is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in international B2B sales, with prior experience in business development or IT services considered a plus. As an MTO, you will gain hands-on exposure to lead generation, client communication, and the complete sales cycle while engaging with U.S.-based clients. This paid MTO program offers professional growth, international exposure, and the opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients in the IT managed services sector.
- Support lead generation efforts through LinkedIn, emails, and online research.
- Participate in client communication and follow-ups under the supervision of senior team members.
- Help prepare proposals, presentations, and sales documents tailored to client needs.
- Observe and assist during sales meetings and calls to learn the full sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate lead and client records in CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Conduct basic market research to understand trends, challenges, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and service understanding.
- Assist in documentation and reporting of sales activities and performance metrics.
- Provide consistent updates on progress and assigned tasks.
- Develop an understanding of how IT solutions like helpdesk, cybersecurity, and networking meet client needs.
- Participate in training sessions and contribute to team discussions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (completed) in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 6 months of experience in sales, marketing, or IT services.
- Interest or basic exposure to services such as helpdesk, cybersecurity, or networking.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written), especially for U.S.-based client interactions.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and basic research skills.
- Understanding of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn, strong initiative, and a proactive, growth-oriented attitude.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
