Summary of Role:

Conduct mystery audits for an airline serving diverse destinations, evaluating service quality and customer experience through an app-based process. Success in this position entails completing audits with detailed feedback on service quality, adherence to evaluation criteria, and timely submission of reports. This role contributes to the continuous improvement of airline services by providing valuable insights from the customer's perspective, ensuring enhanced customer satisfaction and loyalty.

From / To Pakistan : Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Oman.

Visa Coverage: The organization does not cover the cost of obtaining a visa, if required, for the audit destinations.

Travel Coverage: Auditors will receive full reimbursement for flight tickets to the audit destinations, which include

Auditors will be reimbursed based on the cost of flight tickets and provided with meals during their travels.

What's Not Covered: The organization does not cover expenses related to visa procurement, hotel accommodation, or transportation during the audit period.

Responsibilities:

Conduct Audits: Utilize app-based tools to evaluate various aspects of airline service, including the check-in process, onboard experience, and customer service interactions.

Submit Reports: Provide comprehensive feedback and observations promptly after each audit, adhering to evaluation guidelines and standards.

Communicate Findings: Collaborate with the organization to communicate audit findings effectively, offering actionable insights for service enhancement.

Qualifications:

Language of Audit : Proficiency in Hindi, English, Russian, Spanish, French, or Arabic.

Attention to Detail: Ability to observe and assess service quality meticulously, with attention to detail.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey findings effectively.

Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage audits efficiently and meet reporting deadlines.
