The National Customer Services Officer acts as focal point between sales ops and all other partnering departments, providing the below JTBD (Jobs to be done). The resource will be managing end-of-the-end process of Field Employee expenses, regional office rental payments, FAR maintenance, PCDV Processing, compliance and control both for internal and external customers.

What We Ask
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in business administration (BBA)
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales & distribution with some Reputed FMCG

Regional Office Rental Payments
- Processing of regional office rental payments while maintaining comprehensive records of lease agreements and associated addendums, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless contract management.
- CAPEX management and ensure the accurate maintenance of the Fixed Assets Register across all regions in Pakistan, ensuring compliance, asset integrity, and efficient financial tracking.
- Ensure the thorough verification and efficient processing of field expenses and regional PCDV`s in strict adherence to company policies, maintaining financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Processing of final settlements for outgoing employees and manage monthly payroll inputs with precision, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely disbursement.
- End-to-end management of vehicle leasing and buyback processes, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and cost-effective asset utilization.
- Effective collaboration with the regional team to ensure prompt support and the timely resolution of issues, enhancing operational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
