Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Sales Manager (NSM) - Adhesive to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and lead a high-performing sales team. As the NSM, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to achieve business objectives and establish the company as a market leader in the chemical manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a national sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand the company's footprint across industries, including paints, paper, and construction.
- Conduct market analysis and provide insights to align product offerings with market demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within the chemical manufacturing industry.
- Strong expertise in PU and water-based chemical solutions for paints, paper, and construction sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of market trends and demand analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and foster long-term business relationships.
