Job Description
The datacenter NOC Engineer will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting our datacenter infrastructure, including servers, storage, network devices, power systems ensuring the high availability and uptime of our critical systems.

- Monitor datacenter infrastructure, including servers, storage, network devices, and power systems, to identify and respond to incidents and anomalies.
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backups, firmware updates, and patch management, to ensure system stability and security.
- Analyze datacenter capacity and performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of datacenter infrastructure, incidents, and maintenance activities, providing regular reports to management.
- Ensure datacenter operations comply with organizational security policies, industry standards.
- Work closely with internal teams, including IT, facilities, and security, to ensure seamless datacenter operations and resolve issues promptly.
