Position Details:

• Position: Node.js Developer
• Experience: 6 months – 1 year
• Location: PIA Society C Block, Johar Town (On-Site)
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Backend Development: Build and maintain scalable backend systems using Node.js.
• API Development: Develop and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support seamless platform communication.
• Database Management: Work with SQL and NoSQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Code Quality & Optimization: Write clean, maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Debugging & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues in backend services to ensure smooth performance.
• Version Control: Use Git for code management and collaboration.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with front-end developers, designers, and product teams to create end-to-end solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: To enhance development, stay current with the latest tools, libraries, and frameworks in JavaScript and Node.js.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for projects and APIs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• JavaScript Proficiency: Strong understanding of JavaScript, including ES6+ concepts.
• Node.js Expertise: Hands-on experience with Node.js for backend development.
• Backend Knowledge: Familiarity with Express.js or similar frameworks for building APIs.
• Database Skills: Basic knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Version Control: Experience working with Git or other version control systems.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues independently.
• Self-Motivation: We value candidates who are self-learners and can independently solve challenges.
• Education: A 4-year degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.

Preferred (but not required) Skills:

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
• Understanding of WebSocket and real-time applications.
• Experience with authentication methods (OAuth, JWT).
