O2C & Logistics Transformation Lead

Job Purpose

To drive and lead the end-to-end O2C and Logistics transformation processes. This role requires a deep understanding and collaboration with cross functional teams related to supply chain management, process optimization and technology solutions/interchange with other stakeholders across the organization to enhance the user experience.

Principal Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end order fulfillment process and ensure all the orders for the day are processed timely.
• Collaborate with the entire customer service team nationally and resolve queries related to stock shortages.
• Keep track of OTIF of all the orders of GT, MT & FSD customers.
• Monitoring of Order vs Deliver report and sharing of information with sales team for timely decision making.
• Tracking of GR/PODs of all the MT customers and record in SAP for record purpose.
• Monitor the entire sales return process of the stock return from the distributors and make sure the timely processing of the claims to settle customer balance.
• To lead cross-functional departmental requirements related to O2C such as Finance, Sales & Marketing.
• To be the primary POC for system support related to SD Module in terms of inductions of any data parameters related to SAP master data or in case of any technical glitch within the process.
• Responsible to add-on values in terms of system capability enhancement.
• Facilitate teams in providing system-based reporting for the entire O2C cycle in terms of dashboards.
• KPIs based dashboards.
• Single source of reporting.
• Sales Loss reasoning.
• Monitor the stock allocation criteria of regional requirement in coordination with CS to avoid stock shortages on channel level, specially in CP’s and NPD’s.
• Optimizing logistics processes with focus on quality of transaction, data, reporting and governance.
• System based controls to be ensured with regards to cross-modular and external system integrations.
• To lead EDI integration with 3PL & 4PL vendors nationally in coordination with the IT team.
• Facilitate teams in developing dashboards related to LE to monitor KPI’s and analytical base decision making.
• To maintain and track LE Master Data for smooth shipment and cost process along with route optimization.
• To lead barcode scanning integration with 3PL & 4PL vendors nationally in coordination with the IT team to maintain inventory and batch accuracy.
• To facilitate team in providing user training of all the enhancements and changes in system related to SD and LE modules.
• Lead cross-functional departments to drive change management.
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, systems and technologies.
• Lead the progress on SLAs of outsourced vendors by setting up the performance benchmarks.

Background Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s/ Master’s in Supply Chain Management.
