Job Purpose
Implement the employee health policy program based on EHS management system to achieve the GSK employee health policy vision. To support the EHS team to identify and assess the risk of health hazards and develop appropriate controls to mitigate identified health risks.

Job Purpose
Implement the employee health policy program based on EHS management system to achieve the GSK employee health policy vision. To support the EHS team to identify and assess the risk of health hazards and develop appropriate controls to mitigate identified health risks.
Education, Experience & Skills
- MBBS
- 2-3 years of clinical Healthcare experience.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in occupational health.
- Must be able to interact and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze occupational health issues, identify solutions, and recommend actions.
- Develop and implement an annual health surveillance program to effectively manage health risks at the site.
- Establish a comprehensive kitchen facility audit program to ensure the provision of safe food and potable water for all employees.
- Thoroughly investigate cases of suspected occupational illnesses and provide timely diagnostic support and treatment recommendations.
- Develop and enforce robust injury and illness prevention programs to safeguard employee well-being.
- Conduct thorough pre-employment medical assessments and manage ongoing employee health needs.
- Support the site's First Aid Program and oversee the operations of the medical center to ensure prompt and effective medical care.
- Organize bi-annual medical check-ups and issue hygiene cards in compliance with labor laws. Endorse return-to-work medical certificates for employees following medical leave or occupational injuries/illnesses.
- Assist in ergonomic risk assessments and provide training sessions on health-related topics to promote a safe work environment.
- Ensure strict adherence to local industry regulations and GSK standards, continuously striving for improvement in all processes.
- Maintain the role of document controller for the EHS department, including managing document lists, repositories, and inventory issuance.
