Odoo Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in leading end-to-end Odoo implementations for our diverse portfolio of international clients. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in Odoo, particularly within Finance and Accounting, to design and deliver impactful solutions that optimize business processes and drive client success.

Specific Skills

Deep understanding of Finance and Accounting principles and workflows, with proven experience implementing Odoo in these areas.

• Demonstrated experience in leading international Odoo implementations, navigating cultural nuances and diverse business practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex business challenges. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with specific Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, Purchase, Accounting, CRM, Inventory, Manufacturing).

Responsible For

Lead and manage all phases of international Odoo implementations, from requirements gathering and business process analysis to configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.

• Conduct thorough business process analysis workshops with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, and translate those needs into effective Odoo solutions.
• Design and configure Odoo modules and functionalities to meet client specifications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to communicate customization requirements and ensure smooth implementation.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and conduct training sessions for client users.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients post-implementation.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies for Odoo implementations.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and team growth.

Additional Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Odoo implementation and configuration across various business domains. Odoo certifications and fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
