About The Role

We are seeking a knowledgeable and business-savvy Odoo Functional Consultant to join our ERP implementation team. This is a full-time, onsite position based at our Head Office in Khayaban-e-Amin, Lahore. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring that Odoo ERP solutions are aligned with operational needs and drive efficiency.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client business processes and recommend Odoo ERP solutions that meet their needs
• Configure and customize Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.)
• Conduct gap analysis between client requirements and Odoo capabilities
• Deliver functional and end-user training sessions
• Prepare detailed documentation of business requirements, workflows, and process designs
• Coordinate with developers to translate functional specifications into technical solutions
• Test Odoo modules and functionalities before deployment
• Support users post-implementation and assist in troubleshooting functional issues
• Continuously evaluate Odoo updates and recommend optimizations
• Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and successful project delivery
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field
• 2+ years of experience working as an Odoo Functional Consultant or in a similar ERP role
• Deep understanding of Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, and HR
• Strong analytical and business process mapping skills
• Familiarity with basic technical concepts such as workflows, relational databases, and APIs
• Knowledge of Odoo Studio and basic configurations (fields, views, actions)
• Ability to write functional documentation, user manuals, and test cases
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile/ERP project environments
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Certification in Odoo or ERP systems (preferred but not mandatory)
