Purpose

This position assists with the operations of warehouses including providing input for S&OP ordering, receiving, stocking, processing and issuance of materials. Coordinates with Stakeholder Departments to provide optimum support for operational staff as regard to operational activities as per KE policies.

Experience

Minimum 3 - 4 years relevant experience in industry. Proficient in computer software packages like MS office etc. Should have good User level experience of SAP MM module.

Area Of Responsibilities

 Assists with the operations of Stores/ Warehouse.

 Ensure proper receiving, placement and issuance activities and their recording in system as per SOPs.

 Ensure FIFO in store operations.

 Provide input for S&OP ordering, receiving, stocking, processing and issuance of materials.

 Perform internal cyclic count exercise to execute inventory count on daily basis for stock items.

 Conducting P.I. with Business finance and ensure 100% accuracy count wise as well as value wise.

 Ensure no undocumented material is found on location. Take appropriate action in case discrepancy found to timely resolve the case.

 Communicating with KE wide users for material movement activities.

 Co-ordinating with KE users for stock position and their consumptions.

 Accurate and timely posting in SAP for all the material transactions that are occurring in WAREHOUSE.

 Should be able to administer and supervise data control staff.

 Perform all other relevant tasks given by the manager.
