Salary: PKR 70,000 - 120,000 + Bonus on each placement

- Sourcing and screening candidates.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews.
- Supporting the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Maintaining and updating candidate databases.
- Conducting market research to identify talent pools and hiring trends.
- Proven skills in recruitment, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
- Strong market research and data analysis abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience using recruitment tools, databases, and ATS systems.
- Understanding of HR policies and best practices.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
