Role: Sales Development Representative

Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite from Bahria Phase IV & DHA-Phase 2

About Client Company: IT Sector Company

Salary Range: PKR 60,000-100,000 + Incentives & Bonuses

Job Timing: Night Shift

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities in the US market.
  • Master the ability to share and advocate the company's story.
  • Align the company's solutions with prospective business objectives and needs.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to schedule prospect calls, meetings, and demos.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technology developments to position yourself as a trusted resource for prospects and customers.
  • Make strategic outbound calls and send emails daily to engage potential clients.
  • Collect and document key prospect data during initial conversations, web research, and other sources to ensure accurate and clean data entry in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified appointments, demos scheduled, and deals closed.


What You Should Have:

  • Geographically based in Rawalpindi/Islamabad, Pakistan.
  • Fluent English-speaking skills.
  • Availability to work US hours (Pakistan night shift).
  • A 4-year degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of B2B technical/recruitment experience or other relevant sales experience.
  • Proven success in prospecting new markets and scheduling appointments with potential clients
