Key Roles
- Freight forwarding operations management & process optimization
- Shipment tracking, documentation, and regulatory compliance
- Team coordination between sales, warehouse, and logistics partners
- System administration and data integrity (Office 365, CRMs, ERPs)
- Cost control and KPI monitoring
- 2 to 4 years in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding operations
- Proficiency in modern tech stack (Office 365, CRMs, ERPs, automation tools)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with shipment documentation (customs, HS codes, documentation)
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple workflows
- Basic knowledge of international shipping regulations preferred
- Operational efficiency & process improvement
