Job Summary
Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to manage and streamline their operational activities, with a primary focus on coordination with clients and shipping lines in Canada. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator in English and responsible for accurate monthly reporting. This is an on-site position based in our Karachi office.

Key Responsibilities
- Client coordination (primary point of contact for Canada-based clients)
- Shipping line coordination (track shipments, resolve issues)
- Operational support (ensure efficient processes)
- Documentation management (maintain accurate records)
- Monthly reporting (prepare and present reports)
- Problem-solving (identify and resolve operational challenges)
- Ad-hoc tasks (support department efficiency)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in operations coordination
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience with Canadian market is highly desirable.
