Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and management of international projects within the Project Management Office.
- Facilitate communication between project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including timelines, status reports, and budgets, to track project progress and performance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of project management methodologies and best practices across the organization.
- Schedule and organize project meetings, ensuring that necessary materials are prepared and participants are informed in advance.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any potential issues that may arise.
- Support the evaluation and analysis of project performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or operational support, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies, including familiarity with various project management software tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
