Role
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic operational plans in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
Work closely with senior management to contribute to the development of overall business strategy.
Lead and manage a diverse team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
Present our company to potential clients Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.
Requirements
Proven experience as an operations Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to make strategic decisions and drive change.
