Position Overview:
The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing teams, improving operational systems, and supporting the implementation of our business strategy. Your goal will be to uphold service excellence, boost team performance, and maintain the smooth running of hotel functions in line with our standards of quality and luxury.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance
- Implement and monitor performance standards and operational KPIs across all departments
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure high service quality and guest satisfaction
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to ensure financial health
- Recruit, train, and lead operational staff while fostering a results-driven environment
- Ensure all departments comply with safety, hygiene, and quality regulations
- Address operational issues and complaints with professionalism and urgency
- Uphold and promote company culture, values, and standards at every level
- Ensure seamless coordination between internal departments to maintain smooth workflows
Requirements:
- Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven working experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a focus on service excellence and team management
- Solid understanding of hotel management best practices and operational KPIs
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of relevant safety, hygiene, and regulatory guidelines
