YOUR TASKS

• Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and the commitment of staff to achieving Global, Regional, and Country objectives and targets.
• Develop a high-performance service culture. Plan, organize, and direct an efficient and effective operations team.
• Work with the Service Centre Manager to enforce IKOs/KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance.
• Ensure safe working practices and environment within the shift.
• Develop proactive and reactive tactics to deal with issues and problems.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 3-4 years’ experience in managing a team with similar responsibilities.
• Excellent command of MS Office 365.
• Dynamic and self-driven individual who can perform under pressure and take initiative.
• Strong interpersonal and team management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
