looking for a motivated Recruitment Operations Support Lead with a strong knowledge of recruitment systems and processes, clear experience of leading high-performance service operations teams, excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, confident data analysis and reporting skills, and a hunger to work in a start-up environment. The role will lead mission-critical recruitment operations, partnering closely with UK talent acquisition teams and supporting the people services leadership team to drive an effective function which delivers quality services for candidates and colleagues

Leadership of the Recruitment Operations Support team, managing the daily intake, assessment, offer and onboarding experience and delivering required outcomes in a high-performance shared services environment

Stakeholder engagement. Proactively manage key stakeholder relationships across our people services and the hiring community
-
Data analysis. Analyse key themes using data from a wide range of sources, identifying possible impacts on service and managing mitigations as required

Operational policy development. Develop operational policies and participate in producing policy frameworks, creating underlying procedures and monitoring their implementation

Risk management. Supporting risk management and control policies and processes, contributing to the development and implementation of risk management procedures

Continuous improvement. Continually optimise processes, data, technology, and ways of working, while managing the development and/or delivery of significant elements of the organisation's change programme

Coaching and mentoring: take responsibility for implementing formal development frameworks for the team, while informally coaching and mentoring others throughout the organisation and investing in own personal development
Experience required:
To succeed in the role, you’ll need the following experience:

Leadership. Experience of leading teams in an operational, service-oriented and high-performance environment

Recruitment operations experience. Excellent understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, with the ability to provide outstanding and evolving service delivery
-
HR technology. Experience in working with digital tools such as Workday and ServiceNow to drive operational efficiency, and an active interest in HR and Recruitment automation tools offering a market-leading candidate experience

Workflow management. Experience of end-to-end workflow management along with associated risk management and SLA reporting expertise
-
Data analysis and reporting. Experience of analysing and reporting on performance and compliance using data in an operations delivery context, identifying possible impacts on service and managing mitigations as required

Building a high-performance culture. Experience of building a high-performance culture as a leader, able to build a highly resilient team who retain a desire to learn and evolve
-
Risk management. Experience of managing risk and compliance, including developing and implementing risk management procedures

Adaptability. Proven ability to adapt to changing workload volumes and demands at pace, dealing with high numbers of requests while providing an excellent candidate experience and an effective and timely service to the recruitment community

International service experience. Experience of supporting corporate locations outside India is preferred

Data Assessment (KEY, 25%). Ability to work independently and with stakeholders to analyse data from multiple sources, draw appropriate conclusions and make suitable recommendations

Risk management (KEY, 20%). Ability to identify, assess, prioritise and manage risks in a production process, engaging with risk stakeholders and SMEs across the organisation

Planning and alignment: (15%). Ability to plan and prioritise work to meet commitments aligned with organisational objectives, identifying the support and resources needed to carry out plans, and delivering efficiently and to a high standard

Policy and procedures (25%). Ability to develop, monitor, interpret and understand policies and procedures in alignment with organisational strategy

Innovation (15%). Ability to develop new and better ways for the organisation to be successful through new processes, original ideas and creative collaboration
