Role Overview
We are seeking a highly qualified Oracle Certified Instructor (OCI) to deliver official Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) training to technical professionals across industries. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in OCI, a passion for teaching, and the ability to translate complex cloud concepts into engaging, hands-on learning experiences.

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly qualified Oracle Certified Instructor (OCI) to deliver official Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) training to technical professionals across industries. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in OCI, a passion for teaching, and the ability to translate complex cloud concepts into engaging, hands-on learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Oracle University-approved OCI training courses to diverse audiences.
- Facilitate live virtual and in-person sessions, including labs and real-world simulations.
- Guide learners through OCI certification paths such as Foundations Associate, Architect Associate, and Architect Professional.
- Customize training content to meet client-specific goals and industry use cases.
- Stay current with Oracle Cloud updates, certification changes, and instructional best practices.
- Collaborate with curriculum developers to improve courseware and lab environments.
- Evaluate learner progress and provide mentorship toward certification success.
- Support marketing and sales teams in promoting Oracle training offerings.
- Valid Oracle Certified Instructor (OCI) credential.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in cloud infrastructure and Oracle technologies.
- Proven experience delivering OCI courses (Foundations, Architect, Security, DevOps).
- Strong understanding of OCI architecture, compartments, IAM, networking, and cost management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Ability to adapt delivery to various learning styles and technical levels.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Additional Oracle certifications (e.g., OCI Security, DevOps, Multicloud Architect).
- Experience with Oracle Autonomous Database, Cloud Guard, and Vault services.
- Knowledge of hybrid cloud and multicloud strategies.
- Experience with performance-based exams and hands-on labs.
- Familiarity with Oracle Universitys instructor community and certification renewal process.
