Order Booker - Peshawar Only

About AutoGlam:

AutoGlam is a diversified company with a strong presence in both the automotive and confectionery markets. Under our brand Alliance Distributions, we distribute a wide range of confectionery products, including lollipops, candies, chocolates, egg toys, and more.

We are expanding our confectionery team and looking for a motivated Order Booker to represent our brand in the vibrant Peshawar markets.

Job Requirements:

• Must have prior experience working in the Peshawar markets.
• Proven ability to meet monthly sales targets of PKR 400,000.

Recruitment Process:

1. The selected candidate will undergo a 3-day trial, during which they will collect orders, and their ability to meet the monthly target will be assessed.
2. Upon successful evaluation, the candidate will begin a 3-month probation period, during which they must consistently achieve the sales target.
3. After probation, permanent employment will be offered. The employee will then have a rolling 3-month tolerance period for target achievement. Failure to meet targets for 3 consecutive months will impact job status.

Perks and Salary:

• Base Salary: PKR 25,000 per month.
• Incentives:
• 7% commission on total sales exceeding the monthly target.
• Adjustments for overachievements in the current month to compensate for missed targets in prior months.
• Bonus: Additional bonuses for consistently exceeding sales targets.
