About the Role
As a Partner Ops Manager, you're tasked with owning operations across the BD/Partnerships team to ensure that we are enabling our partners with tools and resources to succeed, streamlining internal/external partner-related processes, and providing the business with visibility into how the team is performing. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and partners (at times) to own revenue collection, referral flows, partner portals, and internal trackers and reports. In this role you will have the opportunity to build and own your own tools and process.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and collect revenue from all Channel Partners and monetized partners
- Own partner facing tools (e g. PRM)
- Own and oversee BD/Partnerships SFDC requirements (e.g. Implement more detailed fields/tagging for improved tracking, Implement improved referral workflows/tracking systems
- Own and maintain Partner commission payout process
- Own BD/Partnerships team Notion page and enablement materials
- Own inbound and outbound referral flows and process updates
- Build Partner ops processes that can be scaled across all regions
- Closely collaborate with the wider partnerships team to update trackers and reports (incl. Master partnerships tracker)
- Partner cross-functionally with the Sales, Sales Ops, Partner Marketing, Customer Success, and integration and extensions team
- Onboarding teams to report on lead generation and revenue goals.
- Educate and train/partners and internal stakeholders on new tools and processes
- Lead implementation of various cross-functional initiatives (Marketing, Sales Ops, training) to support BD & Partnerships KPI achievement
- Leader for Partner Operations and required to build and expand the team as the business grows
