Job Responsibilities:

Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with potential partners and stakeholders.

Develop and execute partnership strategies to support business growth and expansion.

Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits and long-term collaboration.

Monitor partnership performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and sales, to leverage partnership opportunities.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor partnerships to enhance Humantek’s market position.

The candidate should have a clear understanding of all the terms and conditions of the MOU signing.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for partnership growth.

Experience in the HR tech industry or SaaS partnerships is a plus.
