Job Summary:

Oversee and execute Non-Trade and Marketplace seller payments across Pakistan and Sri Lanka, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Support tax reporting, month-end closing, and cross-border transactions through accurate processing and team coordination.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of Non-Trade payments through the Host-to-Host (H2H) channel.
  • Prepare and submit monthly withholding tax reconciliation reports to the Tax team.
  • Support month-end closing activities, including vendor mapping for both disbursed and reversed payments.
  • Supervise and coordinate the Pakistan team managing Marketplace seller payments.
  • Process payments for Sri Lanka Marketplace sellers in accordance with internal policies.
  • Handle Cross-Border payment processing for Pakistan, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Execute cross-border payments for Sri Lanka, adhering to local banking regulations and transaction limits.



Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Degree in Business/Finance/Accountancy or professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CA, CIMA, CPA) preferred.
  • 4 to 5 years of progressive experience in Finance function.
  • Advanced Excel skills; Strong financial and data analytics concepts and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Netsuite) is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commercial mindset, proactive problem-solver, and capable of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
