Key Responsibilities{{:}}
Culture Building & Engagement{{:}} Design, implement, and nurture programs that reinforce our core values and promote an inclusive, positive culture. Lead initiatives that go beyond the usual social events to build genuine engagement and team cohesion.
Employee Experience & Well-being{{:}} Develop strategies to create an exceptional employee experience, from onboarding through each stage of development. Prioritize employee wellness, satisfaction, and growth, ensuring a balanced work environment that values well-being.
Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI){{:}} Drive and enhance diversity and inclusion efforts, ensuring every team member feels respected, included, and valued. Collaborate on policies and training that reinforce our commitment to DEI.
Talent Retention & Recognition{{:}} Develop strategies to retain top talent through meaningful recognition programs, competitive benefits, and development opportunities. Foster an environment where people are acknowledged for their contributions and inspired to reach their potential.
Data-Driven Insights & HR Metrics{{:}} Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives, track key metrics such as engagement, retention, and employee satisfaction, and adapt strategies based on insights.
- Education in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or any related field
- Proven experience in HR or People & Culture roles, focused on fostering culture, employee experience, and professional development
- Proven experience in cultivating a strong, inclusive company culture within a startup or high-growth environment, ideally with expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI)
- Strong understanding of people-centered practices and the ability to design and execute impactful employee programs and development strategies
- Great communication skills—you're someone who can connect with people across all levels and departments, fostering trust and collaboration
- Proficiency in HR metrics and analytics, with experience using data to track and optimize engagement, retention, and cultural initiatives
