We are looking for a People & Culture Manager to oversee our Recruitment, People Operation, and Administration teams in Pakistan. This role combines both strategic and operational responsibilities — from managing high-volume recruitment for frontline roles, to handling specialized corporate hiring, payroll accuracy, and smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to lead a team while building processes that scale with the business

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to lead a team while building processes that scale with the business
What You’ll Get Your Hands On
- Partner with senior management to align people and culture strategies with organizational goals and manage country-level HR budgets.
- Manage Recruitment, People Operations, and Administration teams to build strong internal capabilities.
- Oversee hiring across mass recruitment and corporate functions, ensuring timely and quality talent acquisition.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, performance management, payroll, and exits.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and well-being initiatives to strengthen the overall employee experience.
- Ensure smooth workplace operations through effective administration, facilities, vendor management, and compliance with labor laws and policies.
- Prepare and present HR, payroll, and administrative reports, leveraging insights for data-driven decision-making.
- Drive process improvements, digital adoption, and a positive, inclusive, performance-driven work culture
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- 7+ years of HR experience.
- Proven experience in managing high-volume recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of payroll, HR systems, and employee lifecycle management
