What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be

  • Design and implement targeted upskilling programs for factory staff using a blended learning approach (classroom, digital, on-the-job)
  • Collaborate with functional leads to identify skill gaps and future capability needs.
  • Maintain governance of the capability framework, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
  • Lead a targeted program for the Upskilling of Factory staff, employing a blended approach.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement through feedback and data.
  • Lead the Capability structure and maintain its governance regime through in details training need analysis.
  • Lead the capability leg for People development Pillar as part of the Unilever Manufacturing System structure.
  • Leverage digital tools and platforms to enhance learning accessibility and engagement.

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Business administration or Engineering)
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience – Fresh Graduates can also apply

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
  • Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
