About The Role
As a People Excellence Executive, you’ll play a key role in ensuring exceptional employee engagement, streamlined HR operations, and a culture that empowers growth. You will be the bridge between our people and processes—driving initiatives that enhance productivity, satisfaction, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement people strategies that align with business goals.
- Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, workplace culture, and team collaboration.
- Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle management, from onboarding to exit processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Manage performance review cycles and coordinate development plans.
- Support conflict resolution, grievance handling, and employee relations.
- Analyze HR metrics and recommend improvements to processes and policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant HR or people operations experience.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, night-shift work environment.
