Key Responsibilities:

Employee Experience & Onboarding:
Ensure a smooth onboarding process by providing new hires with all the tools, resources, and information needed.
Operational Excellence:
Establish and maintain best practices that enhance the overall employee experience and promote efficiency.
Performance & Productivity:
Analyze and Manage periodic performance reviews, KPIs and action steps.
Employer Branding & Benefits:
Build and maintain a strong employer brand by offering personalized, meaningful, and desirable perks and benefits.
Engagement & Retention:
Foster relationships and build communities to enhance employee well-being, engagement, and retention.
Process Improvement & Automation:
Identify, remove, and automate repetitive tasks to increase motivation and eliminate unproductive work.
Compensation Strategy:
Collaborate with leadership to design innovative compensation structures that attract and retain top talent.
Culture & Empowerment:
Encourage experimentation, trust, and autonomy across teams to strengthen engagement and satisfaction.
