Role Description

The People Strategy Associate will play a pivotal role in spearheading talent acquisition, optimizing processes, and providing strategic support to leadership while fostering a collaborative and innovative workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies for recruitment, training, and employee engagement.
  • Design and streamline workflows, policies, and performance management systems to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive cross-functional projects and ensure organizational alignment with strategic goals.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate key updates and insights to stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation across teams.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in people operations, HR, or a strategic support role with a proven track record of project management and process improvement.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage recruitment, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and project management platforms.
  • Creative, solutions-oriented, and process-driven mindset.


What we Offer?
