Office Hours: Monday to Friday - 12 PM to 8 PM
Level: Entry to mid-level
The People Strategy Associate will play a pivotal role in spearheading talent acquisition, optimizing processes, and providing strategic support to leadership while fostering a collaborative and innovative workplace culture.
- Develop and implement strategies for recruitment, training, and employee engagement.
- Design and streamline workflows, policies, and performance management systems to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive cross-functional projects and ensure organizational alignment with strategic goals.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate key updates and insights to stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation across teams.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in people operations, HR, or a strategic support role with a proven track record of project management and process improvement.
- Demonstrated capability to manage recruitment, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and project management platforms.
- Creative, solutions-oriented, and process-driven mindset.
