Location: Building 96CCA, Block C, DHA Phase 6, Lahore

Working Hours: 6 PM to 3 AM (Monday - Friday)

Salary Range: PKR 45,000 – 80,000 per month

Mindwhiz is seeking a Performance Marketer to help optimize and manage performance-driven marketing campaigns. The role involves strategizing and executing paid media initiatives to boost customer acquisition, brand awareness, and overall business growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in paid marketing channels and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.

Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.

Perform A/B testing and implement conversion rate optimization techniques.

Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure campaign consistency.

Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Stay updated on industry trends to adopt new strategies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in performance marketing (2+ years), with a strong grasp of Google Analytics and other marketing tools.

Expertise in PPC strategies, audience targeting, and data-driven marketing.

Strong analytical skills with experience optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills.
