About The Role

Techscale is looking for a skilled and results-driven Performance Marketer to manage and optimize digital advertising efforts while supporting basic SEO tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies, including SEM, paid search, and paid social campaigns. Regularly conduct A/B testing and analyze performance metrics for optimal results.
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of digital ad campaigns, including setup, monitoring, and optimization, focusing on key metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), quality score, and impression share.
  • Conduct basic SEO tasks like SEO audits, keyword research, and performance analysis to align campaigns with organic growth strategies. Assist with identifying opportunities for SEO improvements in collaboration with the SEO team.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO platforms to gather insights. Prepare detailed reports for clients and internal teams, outlining campaign performance and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and provide tailored digital marketing and SEO recommendations. Ensure clear communication and regular updates to strengthen client relationships.
  • Work closely with SEO, content, and design teams to create a well-rounded, integrated marketing strategy that maximizes both paid and organic reach.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years in digital advertising, with a solid record of managing paid search and social media campaigns.
  • Basic understanding of SEO practices, including keyword research and SEO audits.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Google Guarantee Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Microsoft, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Yelp Ads is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs and Semrush is a plus.
  • Strong ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable strategies. Experience in setting up conversion tracking and assessing ROI is essential.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively share ideas and performance results with clients and team members.
