Performance Marketing Executive

Position Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage, optimize, and report on Google and Meta ad campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in paid digital advertising with a strong understanding of campaign management, optimization, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to drive performance and ROI.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and insights.
• Create and implement paid media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative assets for campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing and optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and platform updates for Google Ads and Meta Ads.

• 1-2 years of experience in managing Google and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
• Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and related tools.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring high performance.
