Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns. The ideal candidate should be confident in running Google Ads and Meta Ads and have working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads. A strong understanding of Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) across landing pages and funnels is essential.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to generate leads and improve campaign efficiency across paid channels.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to generate leads and improve campaign efficiency across paid channels.
Responsibilities
- Launch, manage, and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Assist in running LinkedIn Ads for awareness, lead generation, and retargeting
- Apply CRO principles to improve landing page performance and user flows
- Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs
- Optimise for key metrics: CTR, CVR, CPL, ROAS, Bounce Rate, Session Duration
- Set up and refine audience targeting and exclusions
- Write ad copy aligned with funnel stages and landing page content
- Monitor daily budgets, pacing, and performance
- Collaborate with design and web teams for CRO recommendations
- Analyse campaign performance using GA4, Google Ads, Meta Manager, and reporting tools
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and digital ad trends
