As the Performance Marketing Specialist, youll own and optimise our digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate high-quality leads, drive conversions, and improve customer acquisition. Youll be responsible for developing, executing, and analysing paid campaigns that directly contribute to our growth objectives. This role requires a data-driven mindset, a strong understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape, and the ability to scale campaigns in a competitive market.

As the Performance Marketing Specialist, youll own and optimise our digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate high-quality leads, drive conversions, and improve customer acquisition. Youll be responsible for developing, executing, and analysing paid campaigns that directly contribute to our growth objectives. This role requires a data-driven mindset, a strong understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape, and the ability to scale campaigns in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, launch, and optimise paid marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms to drive lead generation and conversions.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximise ROI, maintaining a focus on cost-efficiency while achieving performance targets.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse and report on campaign performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROI) and present insights to stakeholders. Use data to make informed decisions and continuously improve campaign performance.
- Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Develop precise audience targeting strategies to reach key decision-makers within our target B2B segments, leveraging persona insights and market research.
- Ad Creative & Copy Development: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.
- Conversion Rate Optimisation: Collaborate with the product and sales teams to optimise landing pages, user flows, and calls-to-action to improve conversion rates and reduce cost per lead.
- A/B Testing: Continuously test ad variations, landing pages, and strategies to find the most effective combinations for different customer segments.
- SEO & Retargeting: Support organic growth initiatives and manage retargeting campaigns to recapture and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.
- Stay Current on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and the B2B SaaS space, adopting new strategies and tools that enhance our performance marketing efforts.
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Proven expertise in managing and optimising campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant B2B channels.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data tools to measure, interpret, and act on data.
- Solid understanding of the B2B SaaS buyer journey and experience creating strategies that align with a sales-driven funnel.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, ad copywriting, and optimising for conversion rates.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and how they impact paid campaigns.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and creative teams.
- High attention to detail, organised, and results-oriented.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo.
- Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) tactics.
- Certifications in Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, or other digital advertising platforms.
- Background in managing retargeting and display ad campaigns.
