Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead daily, weekly, and monthly business performance tracking and reporting.
· Develop and maintain performance measurement tools and dashboards.
· Analyse business trends and generate actionable insights for operational improvements.
· Own and manage the monthly financial and operational planning cycles.
· Prepare rolling weekly forecasts, identifying key risks and opportunities.
· Coordinate planning inputs from various stakeholders and consolidate into cohesive reports.
· Create and maintain workforce plans aligned with operational needs and business growth.
· Collaborate with department heads to ensure staffing requirements and productivity targets are met.
· Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership teams by providing clear, data-driven recommendations.
· Present analysis and updates to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
· Conduct market and feasibility research for new business verticals.
· Evaluate commercial viability and provide input into go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
· 5–10 years of experience in business planning, financial analysis, or performance management roles
· Strong academic background from a top-tier institution (e.g., IBA, LUMS, NUST, GIKI, or equivalent).
· Exceptional communication and presentation skills — able to engage and influence at all levels.
· High level of analytical thinking, data handling, and problem-solving abilities.
· Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tool skills (e.g., Power BI/Tableau).
· Commercial mindset with the ability to translate numbers into strategy.
· Highly self-driven, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
